## Summary

#### Overview
**The City of Cape Town seeks the supply, support and maintenance of public key infrastructure, software, services, development and licensing.** This open tender targets PKI solutions and related services; suitable bidders are PKI providers with OEM/OSM authorisation, experience in AppViewX/PKI platforms, and capability to deliver over a 72-month contract. Eligible firms should have relevant certifications and be able to meet the City’s SCM, registration and taxation requirements.

#### Requirements
- Be registered on the City of Cape Town Supplier Database as a service provider and on the National Treasury CSD; maintain current details.
- Comply with the City’s SCM Policy and related supplier registration requirements.
- Demonstrate OEM/OSM authorization (or direct OEM/OSM accreditation via distributor) to sell, implement, support and warranty the proposed PKI software; provide proof in Schedule F.13A/B.
- Provide all mandatory tender documents: Details of Tenderer, Certificate of Authority for JV/Consortium, Declarations (Interest, Conflict of Interest, Independent Bid Determination), Authorisation for deductions, tax compliance, etc.
- Meet minimum functionality scores (Schedule A or Schedule B) – 60/100 for the respective PKI evaluation criteria.
- Ensure tax compliance (SARS) and no disqualifying conflicts or prior SCM issues; provide SARS Tax Compliance PIN.
- Include OEM/OSM documentation and any required proofs of accreditation with the bid (as applicable).
