#### Overview
**Supply, test and delivery of structural and industrial steel on an as-and-when-required basis for Tutuka Power Station – Main Store, over 5 years.** Bidders should be qualified in steel supply/manufacturing, with ISO 9001 quality management, Eskom SHE/OHS compliance, and Eskom supplier eligibility (CIDB if applicable, local-content rules, and related annexures). The contract is open to eligible bidders via Eskom eTendering. 

#### Requirements
- Eskom eligibility: no conflicts of interest, not restricted, compliant with Eskom tender rules. 
- Quality: valid ISO 9001 QMS certification and related QA/Contract Quality Plan requirements. 
- Health & Safety: adherence to Eskom SHE/OHS rules, Life-Saving Rules, and associated forms (Annex B) with contractor management of HSE.
- Local content and integrity: complete Local Content declarations, Integrity Pact, SBDs, tax questionnaires, and related annexures (A–F, G1–4, H–I). 
- Tender documentation: submit via Eskom E-tendering in PDF (with pricing in PDF and Excel), including all mandatory annexures and returnables (annexures A–J, SBDs, PAYE/Tax questionnaires).
