## Summary

#### Overview
**RFQ to supply 2 Proto Teams per month for Roburnia Plantation, for a 2-month period, including driver and crew and related equipment.** Bid must come from service providers with firefighting, initial-response, safety training, and field-operations capabilities.

#### Requirements
- Two Proto Teams per plantation, each: X1 Driver with license & PDP (crew leader) and X4 Crew; 7 days/week, Aug 11, 2026–Oct 10, 2026.
- Team kit and tools per Prototeam: 2x fire retardant overalls, balaclava, boots, gloves, helmet/visor or goggles, dust masks, 500 L Bakkie Sakkie with suction, firefighting equipment, radios, first aid, hoses, pumps, and related PPE.
- Training: SAFCOL driver competency, basic firefighting, prototeam, fire pump handling, crew leader, first aider, SHE rep; proof of training not older than 11 months.
- Vehicles and assets (mandatory): two (2) Double cab LDV 4x4 and two (2) x 500 L Bakkiesakkies (Jessievale plantation per doc); proof via eNatis, lease or letter of intent.
- Compliance and documentation: SBD forms, SANAS-accredited BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit for EME/QSE, tax clearance, CSD/MAAA number, company registration, ID copies of directors.
- Insurance and financials: COID/Good Standing, public liability cover min R5,000,000, latest bank statement showing minimum R400,000 available funds (per bidder or joint venture).
- Due diligence and evaluation: Phase 1–Administrative; Phase 2–Mandatory (COID, insurance, funds, vehicle proof); Phase 3–Functionality (experience, SHEQ, training); Phase 4–Price and Specific Goals (80/20) with minimum 70 points for functionality.
- Specific goals: local residency, Black ownership/women-owned/disabilities/youth, with Google Maps distance check within 100 km of Roburnia.
