## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of 36-month support and maintenance for the FAIS Ombud’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Azure Blob Storage, including license renewals and integration of an SMS solution, for accredited Microsoft partners.** Bidders must prove Microsoft accreditation, demonstrate Dynamics 365 and SMS integration experience, and provide takeover planning to transition from the current provider.

#### Requirements
- Accredited Microsoft partner; provide proof of accreditation (and Microsoft Partner status) (TERMS OF REFERENCE, 23.1).  
- Demonstrate 5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM support/maintenance and SMS integration; provide up to four client reference letters and Appendix A reference list (Section 31-32; Evaluation criteria in System Demo).  
- Submit up to four CVs of SA-based resources (including a BI/Power Automate specialist) plus a resource schedule, showing at least 5 years of relevant experience (Evaluation criteria 2.1).  
- Provide a detailed takeover plan for the current CRM and the SMS integration, with deliverables and timelines (mandatory information under Additional Information).  
- Provide proof of National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and compliant tax status; complete SBD forms (SBD 1, 3.1, 4, 6.1) and pricing schedule (Administrative requirements).  
- Include a fixed 36-month Pricing Schedule (in Rand, excluding VAT; VAT 15%) for CRM + Azure Blob Storage, plus any other costs; all prices must be fixed (Pricing Schedule).  
- Conclude a Service Level Agreement (SLA) upon award and provide a performance scorecard (SLA and supplier performance; 16.2–16.3).  
- Comply with GCC and SCC, including backup, project plan, and hosting/transition requirements (GCC Annexure A).
