## Summary

#### Overview
**Provision of security services for Knysna Municipality over 36 months, covering Section A (physical security: access control, ad hoc close protection and anti-land invasion support) and Section B (security systems: installation, monitoring, armed response and maintenance of alarms, CCTV, surveillance, beams and related tech).** Bids may be submitted for Section A, Section B, or both, with a single service provider appointed per section. Suitable for security providers with capabilities in physical security and/or security-technology deployments across multiple municipal sites, and able to meet PPPFA 90/10, BBBEE and related compliance.

#### Requirements
- Minimum functionality scoring: 70/100 to proceed to price/preference evaluation.
- Preference: 90/10 system (BBBEE and related goals).
- Registrations/clearances: SARS Tax Clearance; CSD registration; Knysna Accredited Supplier Database; original BBBEE certificate where applicable.
- Documentation: submit MBD 1, 2, 4, 6.1, 8, 9, 15; and MBD 5 if contract value exceeds R10 million.
- Compliance: no bid from State employees; adherence to general conditions; warranties, penalties, and disputes as per GCC; bid validity period 180 days.
- Site/ethics: compulsory clarification/site meeting; anti-corruption declarations; declaration of interest and bid integrity.
