#### Overview
**Expression of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and bona fide community and public radio stations to be included on a panel of approved service providers for the provision of radio communication services for Knysna Municipality for 36 months on an as-and-when-required basis.** Bidders should be community/public radio stations legally registered to operate a broadcasting service in SA, hold or be able to obtain ICASA licences, have a footprint in the Greater Knysna area, be able to broadcast in English, Afrikaans and isiXhosa, and comply with applicable regulatory and procurement requirements.

#### Requirements
- Legally registered and authorised to operate as a radio broadcasting service in South Africa with a valid ICASA licence where applicable.
- Established broadcast footprint reaching communities within the Greater Knysna Municipal area.
- Ability to broadcast content in English, Afrikaans and isiXhosa.
- Compliance with the Electronic Communications Act and Broadcasting Act; provide proof (ICASA licence/annual compliance, and, where applicable, SAMPRA or SAMRO membership).
- Registration on the municipality’s Accredited Supplier Database and CSD; tax clearance status; BBBEE status with valid certificate; CIDB not applicable; bid validity typically 180 days.
