## Summary

#### Overview
**Supply and delivery of new vehicles: Hook Lift Truck with 4 Axle Trailer, 20 Ton Crane Truck, 15m3 Tipper Truck, Skid Steer Loader and 3 Wheel Logger.** Open to bidders who are registered motor dealers or manufacturers/body builders, within a 150 km servicing radius of Knysna, with OEM-approved service facilities, and compliant with Knysna SCM policies and the Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022.

#### Requirements
- Must be registered motor dealer or manufacturer/body builder per the National Road Traffic Act (proof required).
- Servicing workshop within 150 km radius of Knysna with evidence.
- Minimum 24-month warranty (replacement vehicle if out of service >5 days); 36-month maintenance plan; 36 months/200 000 km service plan for sections 1–3 and 10 000 hours for sections 4–5; training of municipality staff.
- Provide proof of Retail Motor Industry (RMI) membership and accreditation of at least 2 qualified mechanics/technicians.
- Delivery timelines: Section 1 within 8 weeks; other sections within 4 weeks.
- Submit bid on official forms, include scanned USB copy; complete MBD forms and pricing schedule; comply with 80/20 preference points and BBBEE requirements; not in the service of the state.
- Documentation and registrations: CSD registration; tax clearance; municipal accounts where applicable.

- Submission method: sealed envelope(s) deposited in Knysna Municipality’s Supply Chain Management bid box (Finance Building, Queen Street, Knysna); scanned bid document on USB also required (Tender Document).
- Documents to complete and submit: MBD 1, MBD 4, MBD 6.1, MBD 8, MBD 9, MBD 15, pricing schedules, BBBEE certificates, proof of CSD and tax clearance, municipal accounts as relevant.
