#### Overview
**Knysna Municipality invites proposals for the appointment of property developers/s for the Nekkies Node Development, a catalytic mixed‑use TOD project requiring experienced property developers, development consortia or joint ventures with planning, financing, development, implementation and long‑term management capability.** Bidders should have urban development expertise and be able to navigate municipal processes and preferential procurement requirements.

#### Requirements
- Compulsory briefing participation and attendance verification.
- Compliance with the Municipality’s SCM policies and the Preferential Procurement Regulations (2022) with applicable BBBEE considerations.
