- Tax clearance certificate; municipal rates/accounts for bidder and directors; no arrears exceeding 3 months.
- Complete tender form in BLACK ink; no Tipp-Ex; return the complete original document.
- Authorized signatory: attach resolution authorising signatory; signatory must be valid.
- Site/information meetings are compulsory; all JV partners must attend.
- Subcontracting requires prior written consent and does not transfer liability.
- Bids evaluated on compliance, value for money, capability, PPPFA compliance; open/public tender process.
