## Summary

#### Overview
**SAFCOL seeks Tactical Response Security Services in the Graskop area (Blyde, Morgenzone & Wilgeboom Plantation) for four months.** Bidders should be security service providers with PSIRA certification, SANAS-accredited or EME/QSE B-BBEE verification (or sworn affidavit), and proven experience in forestry/Lowveld contexts. The contract requires armed personnel, 4x4 response vehicles, branding, tracking and 24/7 coverage, plus compliance with NEC4 Term Service Short Contract.

#### Requirements
- Minimum 5-seater 4x4 branded vehicles; access to armoured vehicles as needed.  
- 2 armed Tactical Response Grade C+ officers and 1 Grade B supervisor.  
- Weapons: minimum two rifles/shotguns and three pistols; firearm licences and inspectorate competency proof.  
- Fully trained personnel; crowd/ground-control and crime-prevention training evidence.  
- Vehicle tracking system; digital radios/phones; branding; monthly monitoring and reporting.  
- Liability: unlimited liability for client property; public liability insurance ≥ R10 million.  
- Forensic capacity to investigate unlawful forestry activities; travel allowance included (no extra kms).  
- Management system, compliant with SHEQ, PSIRA, POPIA, and relevant laws; inspections on request.  
- Documents: PSIRA registrations (company and directors), CSD/SARS tax clearance, BBBEE, reference letters ( forestry/agri/nature sectors, min 3, dated within 12 months).  
- Vehicle ownership proof (E-Natis in company name) and a vehicle tracking invoice (≤3 months old).  
- Compliance with client’s access protocols and reporting requirements; NO subcontracting without approval.
