- Mandatory documents: SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 6.2; CSD registration; Tax Pin; B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; CIPC documents.
- Deliverables and methodology: design a tailored programme, provide manuals, templates, assessments, and a final report with recommendations.
- Local content considerations where applicable; complete Local Content Declaration templates (Annex C–E) if required (SATS 1286:2011).
