**Procurement of upgrading the Kroonvale 11kV overhead power line in Graaff-Reinet, including procurement, supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of new structures and conductor, with outages coordinated on a live network; open to CIDB-registered contractors with a minimum 3EP rating, authorised by Eskom for self-build works, and CIDB and CSD registrations.**

#### Requirements
- CIDB grading 3EP or higher and Eskom self-build authorization.
- All bidders and every JV partner must be CIDB-registered and must be registered with the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
- Compulsory site briefing attendance (29 September 2026, 11:00; Robert Sobukwe Building, Graaff-Reinet); non-attendance disqualifies.
