**Upgrading of Graaf-Reinet WWTW and related water-supply works (civil-engineering)**. The scope includes upgrading Graaf-Reinet WWTW and associated Erasmuskloof/Groot Rivier works. Open to bidders with CIDB 6ME/6GB or higher; must be CSD-registered accredited service providers; demonstrate EPWP competence through experience or JV partner; and appoint a single point of accountability: Construction Manager registered with SACPCMP or an engineer registered with ECSA (Pr. Eng./Pr. Tech Eng./Pr. Techni. Eng).
