#### Requirements

- System must include 250TB storage in server room with auto compression; two 100" 4K LED screens; 75 delegate microphones; roving mics; speakers; four tracking cameras; central control; caucus capability; and MS Teams integration.
- Maintenance: 36 months with bi-annual preventative maintenance and 48-hour SLA response.
- Compliance: POPIA addendum and information-security obligations; comply with local content/BBEE rules and deliver with required MBD forms, CSD, tax clearance, SARS PIN, rates, and JV documentation if applicable.
- Evaluation will include Stage 1 functionality (reference letters, reseller accreditation, project plan) and price/PPF allocation (80/20 or 90/10 as applicable).
