#### Requirements
- Demonstrate ability to deliver with documented transport (proof of vehicle ownership or lease). 
- Provide at least one vehicle lease or leasing evidence; attach lease agreement if applicable.
- Submit three (or more) client reference letters on letterhead with contact details.
- Attach certified qualifications and CVs; foreign qualifications must have SAQA evaluation.
- Include a Delivery Plan and designate a Project Manager and core personnel.
- Provide CSD, SARS PIN, proof of municipal rates or lease, and a valid B-BBEE certificate.
