## Summary

#### Overview
**Supply and delivery of office furniture for Ingquza Hill Local Municipality (Flagstaff and Lusikisiki offices).** Bids are invited from providers with proven experience in office furniture supply and installation, including public sector references, capable of delivering within one month and meeting local-content and tax/compliance requirements.

#### Requirements
- Minimum six years experience in supply, delivery and installation of office furniture with reference letters.
- Demonstrated delivery capability with own transport or leased vehicles (provide proof of ownership or lease).
- Prior public-sector projects worth at least R300 000 (three projects for full points; two or one project for lower scores) with letters of appointment and references.
- Tax/compliance: valid SARS Tax Clearance / TCS PIN, CSD number if no TCS, and VAT considerations as applicable; original Tax Clearance Certificate required with bid.
- Local production and content: 100% local content where applicable; signed Local Content Annexures C, D & E; declarations per SATS 1286; disclosure of imported vs local content.
- Complete and submit MBD1, MBD2, Pricing Schedule (MBD3.1), MBD4, MBD6, MBD7, MBD8, MBD9, plus CSD/SARS documentation as required.
- Bids from persons in the service of the state are excluded.
