**Tenders are invited for three related procurements: (1) leasing of ward councillor office space/accommodation in Gqeberha (Ward 12, 39, 48 & 54); (2) leasing of office space/accommodation, archives and parking for a Customer Care Centre in Walmer; and (3) design, layout and placement of advertisements, social media buying and media monitoring.** Bidders should have commercial property leasing/management capabilities or advertising/media monitoring capabilities and must be registered on the NMBM supplier database. A tender fee of R608.89 applies per tender, with a 90-day validity period.

#### Requirements
- Must be registered on the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality supplier database.
- Bids must be submitted on the official stamped bid documentation; do not retype or copy.
