**Procurement of a panel of three professional service providers for design and implementation of various electrical projects within Victor Khanye Local Municipality for 36 months.** Bidders should be electrical engineering consultancies with professional registration (ECSA) and the ability to supply lead, resident and site personnel, plus a geotechnical specialist as needed.

#### Requirements
- Fully qualified and professionally registered personnel for the project (Lead Engineer, Resident Engineer, Site Supervisor, Geotechnical Engineer) with specified qualifications and registrations (see doc for details).
- Demonstrate managerial capacity, reliability and relevant project experience; provide details of key personnel and allow substitutions only with approval.
- Provide documentary evidence of qualifications and past project experience; include verifiable appointment and reference letters for similar electrical projects.
- Complete and submit all returnable documents and MBD forms; provide full CSD report (not older than 3 months), SARS Tax clearance, and municipal accounts for company and all directors not in arrears >90 days.
- Addresses and accounts proofs: proof of business and director addresses (with acceptable alternative proofs) and associated affidavits if operating from different/alternative sites.
- Compliance with municipal accounts, address affidavits, and declarations of interest; no conflicts of interest; not listed on tender defaulters register; tax compliant.
- Functionality, price and targeted goals evaluation (80/20; minimum 90 functionality points to proceed to PBP), and mandatory presentations.
