#### Overview
**Indoor Electrical Maintenance for a period of 5 years at Cape Town International Airport (CTIA)**. Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) seeks CIDB 4EB+ contractors to provide NEC3 Term Service Contract for indoor electrical maintenance across CTIA buildings. Ideal bidders are electrical maintenance specialists with airport-facility experience and NEC3/Contractor management capabilities.

#### Requirements
- CIDB contractor grading of 4EB or higher (mandatory).
- Attendance at the compulsory site briefing.
- Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
- Tax compliance: SARS PIN (and/or TCS) as required; provide TCS PIN or CSD number.
- Proof of insurance prior to starting work (aviation liability and other cover as applicable); contract signing contingent on valid insurance.
- COIDA/Workers’ Compensation good standing.
- Complete and sign required bid documents (Form A10/A1.1 forms and all SBD returns) and adhere to EMS environmental terms (EMS 048).
- Returnable documents and deviations, if any, to be formalised in the Schedule of Deviations.
