## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of leasing of a water bowser under framework contracting for road rehabilitation works in Kiambu County.** Open competitive national tender to lease water bowser services and related support (maintenance, installation, training, etc.) for the County Government of Kiambu’s Roads, Transport, Public Works and Utilities directorate under a framework contract.

#### Requirements
- Comply with anti-corruption and independent tender requirements; sign the Certificate of Independent Tender Determination and provide declarations not to engage in fraud or debarment (2.1–2.2).
- Eligible tenderers; no conflicts of interest; JV permitted up to 2 members with jointly and severally liable representatives (3.1, 3.3–3.4, 1.1 in TDS).
- Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration; security valid beyond tender validity (28 days) as specified (18.1–18.4, 18.5–18.7).
- Tax compliance: provide valid Kenya Tax Clearance Certificate (3.13; 16.2(c)).
- Local representation: if tenderers not operating in Kenya, appoint an agent in-country to perform obligations (16.2(b)).
