## Summary

#### Overview
**36-month contract for repair and maintenance on integrated security systems (ISS) at Embongweni, Kokstad B, Napierville, Qalakabusha, Tswelelope, Standerton, Gqeberha North End, and Tzaneen correctional centres.** Bidders should have facilities/capability in ISS maintenance (access control, CCTV/IP networks, door locking, perimeter, UPS, fire/Nurse Call) and hold relevant CIDB registration for engineering/construction works; must comply with cidb Skills Standard and CSDG obligations.

#### Requirements
- Contract Skills Development Goal (CSDG) as per cidb Standard (minimum budgeted CSDG; multiple training methods; not more than one method per learner; employed learners capped at 33%; 60% of Method 2 learners from public TVET). (Annexure-1a)
- Documentation and reporting: baseline training plan (Form A2), interim reports (Form A3) every ≤3 months, final completion report (Form A5); full records and CIDB/SDA registration for beneficiaries; audits allowed. (Annexure-1a)
