#### Requirements
- Eligible bidders: Insurance brokers or underwriters providing fire, burglary and fidelity cover; IRA registration.
- Local compliance: Kenyan entity with valid tax compliance certificate and business license.
- Security: Tender security of KES 160,000 valid for 156 days from tender opening.
- Insurance/underwriting proof: Letter from underwriter confirming underwriting for the services; Professional Indemnity limit of KES 15 million; CR12 certificate.
- Documentation: Duly completed confidential business questionnaire; SD1/SD2, declaration to code of ethics, and certificate of independent tender determination; price schedule and form of tender; pages serialized and two copies labeled original/copy.
- Additional: IRA registration evidence (2026); AIBK membership certificate; underwriter’s compliance if applicable.
