## Summary

#### Overview
**ACSA seeks to ad hoc supply and delivery of Large and Compact (Small) runway/apron sweeper cleaning vehicles for Airports Company South Africa for 36 months.** This Open Tender invites bids from manufacturers or service providers capable of supplying two vehicle categories, related service, training, and ongoing support.

#### Requirements
- Two vehicle categories: Large (Heavy Duty) and Small/Compact (Light Duty) runway sweepers, with detailed specifications (chassis, sweeping system, capacity, safety, branding) as per the scope.  
- OEM minimum 2-year service plan and guaranteed after-sales/spare parts availability for at least 10 years.  
- Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) prior to shipment; scope and cost considerations if international manufacturing.  
- Inclusive delivery to nominated airport locations; vehicles to be fully assembled, tested, and operation-ready on delivery; operator and technical manuals; operator training for 8 personnel per airport site.  
- Compliance with branding, safety, TETRA airband, and company IP policies; approvals for licensing/registration where required.  
- Insurance: Marine and Air Cargo insurance for transit; forward cover for exchange rates if applicable.  
- Documentation and training: manuals, FAT requirements, and packaging of all documents; acceptance testing per buyer’s QA.  
- Delivery lead time and scope of programme required for evaluation; references (minimum 2) and evidence of supply of sweepers in the last 5 years.  
- Compliance with PFMA, BBBEE, tax (SARS PIN or CSD), and other applicable laws; security vetting as needed.  
- Evaluation includes mandatory and functionality criteria, then price and preference (80/20); stage-based shortlisting with post-tender negotiations.
