## Summary

#### Overview
**Appointment of a contractor for the refurbishment of Magalies Reservoir for a 12-month period.** This is a multi-disciplinary civil works package covering general, earthworks, water reticulation, drainage, roads and reservoir structures for the City of Tshwane. Bidders must have municipal-construction experience and be able to respond via the SAP Ariba e-tender portal; a mandatory hard-copy submission is required in addition to online submission during the portal transition. A mandatory briefing is scheduled for 2026-10-05 at the specified venue (briefing details in the tender documents). 

#### Requirements
- Eligible to undertake municipal construction projects and respond via SAP Ariba. 
- OHS compliance: provide Health and Safety Plan, Health and Safety file, construction supervisors, full-time safety officer, H&S training, PPE, safety fences/barricades. 
- Environmental: Environmental Management Plan (EMP) and an Environmental Control Officer for the contract duration. 
- Tender uses an 80/20 preference point system and the project duration is 12 months.
