**Procurement of civil works for a generator farm at Mintek’s Randburg facility, including earthworks, concrete plinths, cable trenching, stormwater, yard surfacing and perimeter fencing.** Suitable for civil contractors with CIDB 3CE (minimum), and with qualified professionals (ECSA SACPCMP) to manage the project, plus required health and safety, QA and permit/compliance support.

#### Requirements
- CIDB grading: minimum 3CE.  
- Valid compensation fund good standing.  
- Active professional registration with ECSA (Pr Eng/Pr Tech Eng) or SACPCMP for the project manager.  
- Tax compliance (PIN/TCS) and CSD registration; separate TCS for each JV/party if applicable.  
- Health and safety plan, QA plan, and necessary insurances.  
- Completion criteria include adherence to SANS 1200 standards and Occupational Health and Safety Act compliance.
