#### Requirements

- Returnable qualifications: Site Supervisor (Diploma in build environment + SACPCMP), Tiler (Trade Test + OHS), Tiler Assistant (training certificate + OHS) with minimum experience thresholds (4+ yrs, 3+ yrs, 2+ yrs respectively) (Functionality criteria).
- References: at least three recent similar projects; provide client names, scopes, durations, values, and contacts (40 points).
- B-BBEE: provide valid SANAS-certified B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; JV requires consolidated B-BBEE (points allocated per Regulation 2022).
- Functionality minimum threshold: 70/100 to progress to price/preference (see NEC C3 data).
