**Tender for the Restoration and Management of Public Art and Heritage Objects**. #### Requirements
- Compliance with the City’s SCM Policy; declare conflicts of interest; no abuse of process.
- Eligibility: complete Schedule F13 A–D; senior project manager with at least a Bachelor’s (NQF7) in a relevant field; evidence of 10+ projects in heritage/art restoration or public artwork; client references.
- Functionality: minimum score of 60/100 across three areas (art restoration/movable heritage, memorials/heritage structures, public artwork); provide full evidence per project.
- Experience evidence: for each project include title, scope, client contact, dates, contract value, key personnel; provide one of specified supporting documents.
- Compliance documents: Tax Compliance Status PIN; registration on CCT Supplier Database and on National Treasury CSD; certificates such as Independent Bid Determination; authorization for deductions; and respect for competition/anti-corruption rules.
- Health and safety: comply with OHSA 1993; provide a Health and Safety Plan if requested.
- Samples: acceptable samples may be required.
