## Summary

#### Overview
**Provision of office accommodation (office space leasing) for CGE's Limpopo Polokwane office, including potential facility management services.** Bidders should be property owners or provide compliant leasing/management proposals; target is property developers/investors or facilities management providers capable of delivering 250 m2+ GLA with 9 undercover parking bays, accessible facilities and ongoing space/facility management. 

#### Requirements
- Property ownership or compliant leasing/management proposal.
- Minimum 250 m2 Gross Leasable Area and at least 9 undercover parking bays within the same premises.
- Location within 6 km of Polokwane CBD and accessible to public transport.
- Compliance with OHS, electrical, fire, evacuation and universal access (disability-friendly).
- Turnkey facility management option or outsourced services plan (maintenance, cleaning, security) plus a maintenance plan and facility management team structure.
- Compliance with SCM/PPPFA; submission of SBD3.1, SBD4, SBD8, SBD9; CSD report; VAT and tax clearance; ownership proof; municipality plan approval; funding letter.
