## Summary

#### Overview
**Appointment of a service provider for procurement of social relief items for a 36-month period, for RBIDZ.** Eligible bidders are EMEs with a B-BBEE Level 1 status.

#### Requirements
- Pre-qualification: EMEs with B-BBEE Level 1.
- Tender fee: R500 non-refundable; pay into Absa account (Branch 632005, 4072219190); proof of payment to tenders@rbidz.co.za.
- Submission: Sealed tender, deposited in the official Tender box at RBIDZ, 4 Harbour Arterial, Alton, Richards Bay, by 12:00 on 24 July 2026; tenders opened in public.
- Evaluation: Compliance assessment, functionality, then price and preference (80/20); minimum 65% functionality to progress.
- Pre-qualifications: Tenderers must meet preferential procurement criteria (EME and B-BBEE Level 1).
