## Summary

#### Requirements

- Tender documents available in English from reception or via Anneke Januarie (027 482 8000, annekj@cederberg.gov.za) on payment of the deposit.  
- Tenders must be submitted in sealed envelopes, endorsed with “TENDER NO. CED 18/2026-2027: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF END-USER COMPUTER DEVICES AND ACCESSORIES” and deposited in the Tender Box at 2A Voortrekker Street, Clanwilliam.  
- Fully completed tender documents must be placed in the tender box by 12:00 on Friday 9 October 2026 (document: TENDER NUMBER: CED 18/2026-2027 - SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF END-USER COMPUTER DEVICES AND ACCESSORIES).  
- The Municipality may withdraw, re-advertise, reject any tender, or accept only part of a tender. Not bound to accept the lowest, highest, or any tender.
