**Sale of scrapped vehicles**: PetroSA offers several scrapped vehicles for sale from its Mossel Bay premises. #### Requirements

- Goods offered can be in any combination (single lot to full package).
- Purchaser must lift within 30 days of acceptance; delays incur rent and a 1% weekly late-fee.
- Material sold “as is, where is” with no guarantees; on-site inspection advised; compliance with the Consumer Protection Act.
- PetroSA reserves rights to withdraw items or reject bids, and to cancel/postpone without explanation.
- Environmental compliance in handling removal/disposal.
