#### Requirements
- Functionality evaluation: total 65 points with a minimum of 36 points to qualify.
- Adjudication: 80/20 preference (80 for price, 20 for specific goals) per PPPFA 2022.
- Mandatory documents: MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9; documents must be original Mogale City forms.
- Compliance/registrations: CSD registration (or provide CSD number); Municipal Rates/Taxes or valid lease/rental in the entity’s name; Tax compliance status (PIN/TCS) and SARS e-filing readiness; where applicable, TCS certificate or sworn affidavit.
