## Summary

#### Overview
**Tenders are invited for the supply, delivery and offloading of traffic light spares on an as-needed basis for 36 months.** Open to bidders who are tax compliant, registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and meet Mogale City SCM/PPPFA requirements; briefing is mandatory.

#### Requirements

- Documentation: complete MBD 1, MBD 4, MBD 6.1, MBD 8, MBD 9; submit CSD report; Municipal rates/taxes or approved lease/rental proof; attend mandatory briefing (see attached).
- Additional: 2% Corporate Social Responsibility contribution for non-Mogale City-based bidders; bids must be unsigned electronically (handwritten); no bids from SOE staff; joint ventures require formation documents.
