**TERM CONTRACT FOR GENERAL MAINTAINANCE AND REPAIRS FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS & INFASTRUCTURE FOR A PERIOD OF 12 MONTHS.** The Eastern Cape DPWI seeks a contractor to perform general building maintenance and repairs under a 12-month term contract. Eligible bidders include CIDB-graded contractors with at least 2GB/GB class, with active CIDB registration, and capability to deliver across relevant building works.

#### Requirements
- CIDB grading 2GB or higher in GB class of works
- CIDB registration active with the appropriate class
- Registration on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and SARS tax compliance (PIN/CSD status verified)
- Legal entity or approved JV with signatories and required resolutions
- Compliance with POPIA, Compulsory Enterprise Questionnaire, SBD 4 and SBD 6.1, and other mandatory returnable documents
- Availability of bid security as per contract data, and adherence to tender rules (no late/alternative bids)
