#### Overview

#### Requirements

- CIDB registration of all JV partners where applicable;lead partner meets 1ME+ and total at least 2ME as per CIDB rules.
- Tax compliance verified via SARS, CSD status, and provision of PIN/CSD numbers as required; non-compliance can disqualify.
- Completion and submission of returnable documents: Form of Offer, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, Compulsory Enterprise Questionnaire, Record of Addenda, etc. (Returnable documents in T2.1/T2.2).
- Evidence of CIDB/Supplier checks and the ability to sign NEC3 Term Service Contract; security vetting prior to award; confidentiality.
