#### Requirements
- Experience in collection/disposal of animal carcasses; list all projects in Schedule F.15A.  
- Vehicle fleet: one dedicated vehicle per waste area; LDVs min 2 tons with trailer min 2.1 m; ownership or lease documentation (lease must show all details); vehicles older than 84 months not allowed; double-cab LDVs not permissible.  
- Waste Management Accreditation: valid accreditation for the contract term; apply if not already accredited (waste.accreditation@capetown.gov.za).  
- Compliance: environmental, waste management and transport laws; health and safety requirements; SARS tax compliance with a valid PIN; CCT Supplier Database and National Treasury CSD registration.

- Functionality: minimum 60/100; requires evidence of company experience and suitable vehicles.
