#### Overview
**This is a term contract for the supply and delivery, installation and repair of outdoor exercise equipment for the City of Cape Town’s Recreation and Parks department, over 36 months.** Open tender targeting suppliers capable of providing outdoor gym equipment, installation services, and maintenance/repairs. - Compliance with the CCT SCM Policy; no conflicts of interest; all required declarations and certifications (e.g., Declaration of Interest, Conflict of Interest, Certificate of Independent Bid Determination).  
- Tax compliance: SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN; evidence to be provided.  
- Registration on the City’s Supplier Database and on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD).  
- Occupational Health and Safety compliance; ability to provide a Health and Safety Plan if requested.  
- Returnable documents and attachments completed (e.g., Details of Tenderer, Authority certificates for partnerships/JVs).
