**Procurement of the Design and Develop Learning Programme Course training services for 15 officials, including venue, catering and certification, for the Department of Agriculture (Eastern Cape).** Suitable bidders are service providers with current ETDP SETA accreditation, relevant training material, qualified trainers, and capacity to deliver a 3–5 day course (plus admin requirements). Refer to the attached bid documents for detailed scope.

#### Requirements
- Current ETDP SETA accreditation and proof of company accreditation.
- List of training material, toolkits, and daily training schedule.
- Detailed Training Plan and a profile of the trainers (qualifications and experience).
- Trainers with 5–10 prior sessions in Design and Develop Learning Programme.
- Facilitators on site must present valid IDs.
- Evidence of capacity to deliver (venue, break-out spaces, AV equipment, catering with dietary options).
- Bidders must be registered on CSD and LOGIS; tax compliance verified (TCS PIN or CSD).
- Compliance with ECBD forms and related returnable documents; no late/incomplete bids.
- Evaluation includes 60% functionality threshold and 20% for specific goals; 80/20 price-preference framework.
