## Summary

#### Overview
**RFQ to appoint a service provider to maintain Vertiv Liebert DM series precision air conditioners for GCIS for a 12-month period.** Bidders should have Vertiv Liebert DM series service accreditation, data-centre maintenance capability, and be able to provide VAT-inclusive pricing; proof of Vertiv accreditation issued within the last 12 months is required (see RFQ 005-2026/2027 Precison Air Conditioner Documents.pdf).

#### Requirements
- Proof of Vertiv Liebert DM series precision air conditioners Authorised supplier (certificate/letter not older than 12 months).  
- Comprehensive maintenance scope: quarterly preventive maintenance, corrective and breakdown maintenance, repairs and parts replacement, and adhoc work with markup (vat included).  
- Price: VAT inclusive and fixed for 12 months; quarterly invoicing with payment within 30 days.  
- Compliance: registration on Central Suppliers Database (CSD) with CSD number; tax compliance status (PIN) or SARS registration; submission of required SBD forms and GCC as part of bid documents.  
- Preferential procurement: ability to claim points for Women/youth/people with disabilities ownership with supporting documentation (SBD6.1).

#### How to Apply
- Submission deadline: 22 July 2026 at 11:00. Submit in a sealed envelope to GCIS tender box at 1035 Tshedimosetso House, Hatfield, or mail to GCIS, Private Bag X745. Email submissions are not accepted.  
- Documents to submit: SBD1, SBD3.3 (Pricing Schedule), SBD4, SBD6.1, GCC, bid checklist, and pricing; include CSD number and tax PIN/CSD proof; Vertiv authorization proof (not older than 12 months).  
- Registrations: ensure CSD registration; provide CSD report if requested.  
- Briefing: no briefing session; system inspection by appointment before closing date.
