## Summary

#### Overview
**The ETDP SETA seeks a service provider to supply and deliver 150 laptops (136 standard, 13 executive, 1 designer) on a one-off basis, with three-year onsite warranties.** Bidders should be IT hardware suppliers or OEM/resellers capable of meeting the specified specifications, delivering to Johannesburg, and complying with South African procurement rules (tax, B-BBEE, GCC).

#### Requirements
- Supply 150 laptops in three categories with specified specs (see Annexure A).  
- Warranty: 3 years onsite next business day.  
- Technical specs per category (standard, executive, designer) including Windows 11 Pro, 14" display, 16GB RAM (standard/executive), 32GB RAM (designer), 512GB SSD, 5G connectivity, SA plug, 3-pin charger, black 15–17" laptop bags.  
- Compliance: provide GCC, SBD forms, and tax/compliance proofs (SARS PIN or CSD); B-BBEE status certificate or sworn affidavit; OEM partner letter for laptops.  
- Evaluation: 80/20 preference (price and specific goals); mandatory stages include administrative, mandatory, and price/GOALS (SBD forms and pricing).  
- Delivery and contract terms: 150-unit delivery on a one-off basis with conditions in GCC; penalties for non-delivery; performance security as per SCC.  
- Documentation: complete Annexure A compliance form; provide ownership/government pre-qualifications if claiming B-BBEE points.
