- Ability to provide the listed TrendMicro items (TrendAI Flex credits, Managed XDR, TippingPoint hardware/support, TM V1 admin services, etc.) as per the pricing schedule (ToR - TrendMicro Licenses_Final.pdf).
- Compliance with GCC and ETDP SETA mandatory evaluation steps (Stage 1–3) and submission in USB or bid box as instructed (ToR - TrendMicro Licenses_Final.pdf; General Conditions of Contract).
- Tax compliance: SARS PIN or Tax Compliance Status; CSD registration if no PIN (SBD1, SBD1/SBD4) (SBD1).
- B-BBEE status: valid SANAS verification or sworn affidavit for preference points; consolidated B-BBEE certificate for JV/consortia (SBD1, SBD6.1).
- Central Supplier Database registration and no disqualifications (SBD1, SBD4).
