- Understanding of track geometry effects on rolling stock and signaling.
- Strong judgment, interpersonal and reporting skills; capacity building for KR staff.
- Experience in rail construction environments, depots, and yard integration.
- Conflict-of-interest declaration and adherence to professional ethics.
