#### Overview
**The ETDP SETA seeks to appoint a data specialist organisation to conduct labour market information research into Library and Archival Services.** Bidders with expertise in LM data gathering, labour market databases, job-advert data extraction, data visualization, and infographic reporting (plus strong project management and QA capabilities) should consider bidding. Relevant certifications and experience in data mining, OFO mapping, and MS Excel-based databases are advantageous.

#### Requirements
- Expertise in mining and developing labour market databases; collect and update LMI data for Library & Archival Services; produce an LMI database and a Job Advert Data database; generate infographic insights.
- Ability to gather data across the total population (provinces all) and map vacancies to OFO; include variables such as organization details, demographics, and job advert attributes.
- Delivered outputs in Excel databases plus infographic reports; clear, repeatable methodologies and risk mitigation.
- Project team: Project Manager (Master’s degree; relevant project experience), Senior Researcher, Data Analysts, and at least two Field Workers; CVs, certified copies, and reference letters.
- Compliance: complete SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1; SARS PIN (tax); VAT-inclusive ALL-INCLUSIVE budget; B-BBEE documentation; adhere to ETDP SETA evaluation criteria (minimum 70 functionality).
