#### Requirements
- Demonstrable track record in Marketing and Communication across branding, advertising, website, digital marketing, PR, events, content, and monitoring/evaluation; provide evidence file with at least five items per category and referral letters from three clients (last five years).
- Capability to deliver a broad range of services: marketing strategy, brand development, content creation, digital marketing, campaign management, events, market research, reputation management, and accessibility services (Sign Language and Braille).
- Compliance documentation: B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; proof of ownership and meeting specific goals for B-BBEE, plus tax clearance/TCS or CSD registration.
- Contract terms familiarity: GCC/SCC apply; performance security, warranties, payments, penalties, and dispute resolution as per the General Conditions of Contract (ETDP SETA) and SBD requirements.
