- Registration/membership with recognized bodies (e.g., SAPOA, SAIV, SACPVP) and CIDB where applicable.  
- Provide CVs and copies of qualifications; names and contact details of three referees; evidence of similar projects.  
- Detailed service delivery plan with timelines.
