#### Overview
**The ETDP SETA seeks to appoint a service provider to conduct benchmarking, analysis, review and development of 151 job descriptions, job evaluation, and reporting to management.** Bid is open to qualified Remuneration and Benefits Consultants registered with SARA or a related professional body; the team must have 5–8 years’ experience in job evaluation/grading, and be able to apply the Peromnes system. Deliverables include 151 updated/new job descriptions and corresponding job grades, plus comprehensive management reporting, within a four-month SLA.

#### Requirements
- Qualified Remuneration and Benefits Consultant, registered with SARA or a recognized body; proof of membership required.
- Team leader and consultants with 5–8 years’ experience in Job Evaluation and Grading; must be SA Reward Association (SARA) affiliated; cumulative client reference letters.
- Ability to conduct job evaluation and grade using the Peromnes system; proof of SARA membership.
- Deliverables: signing of an SLA; 151 updated/new job descriptions and grades; comprehensive reports signed off at incumbent, up to CEO; completed within project timeframe.
