**The ETDP SETA seeks a service provider to supply, install and maintain an alarm system and provide guarding services & armed response for the ETDP SETA North-West provincial office.** Bidders should be security-operations specialists with SA accreditation, alarm-install capabilities, 24/7 armed response, and ongoing maintenance. The NW office area is about 310 m2 (Potchefstroom).

#### Requirements
- Accredited security provider with expertise in South Africa; PSIRA accreditation or SAIDSA membership.
- Guarding personnel must have PSIRA accreditation, Grade C qualification, SAPS security clearances, and CVs showing ≥2 years of experience.
- Provider profile, service delivery plan, and proof of insurance, warranty, and maintenance arrangements for the software/system.
- Ability to supply, install and maintain a DSC-based alarm system, 24/7 armed response, and guarding services; cloud-based mobile notification app for staff.
- Training and training manuals for end-users; on-site/off-site supervisor within service area; willingness to relocate equipment if ETDP SETA moves offices (at no cost).
- Required pricing and detailed cost schedule in the prescribed format (pricing schedule must not be altered).
