**Appointment of a service provider to render media monitoring services for the National Lotteries Commission (NLC) for 36 months (1 April 2027 to 31 March 2030).** The RFQ covers monitoring of print, TV/radio, online and social media, with daily alerts, monthly/quarterly analytical reports, sentiment analysis, AVE metrics, and an online portal for article/clips retrieval. Target bidders are firms in media monitoring, communications, research or related professional services with capabilities to manage multi-channel monitoring and reporting, plus compliance with South African procurement and data privacy requirements.

#### Requirements
- Demonstrated capacity to deliver comprehensive media monitoring across print, broadcast, online and social media, including alerts and analytics.
- Project team with at least a bachelor’s degree in relevant disciplines and CVs for key personnel.
- Five able-to-contact client references for similar services, with PO evidence and recency within 2 years.
- Detailed project management plan with deliverables, timelines and reporting cadence (daily alerts; weekly/monthly/quarterly reports).
- Compliance: Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and tax/compliance status; POPIA consent forms; SBD1 and SBD6.1 forms; JV agreements if applicable.
- Preference points considerations require evidence of BBBEE status where applicable.
- Provisions for data protection, confidentiality and post-award supplier performance reviews.
- Pricing schedule to be provided in the annexed pricing document (Pricing Schedule Media Monitoring Services_.pdf).

#### How to Apply
