## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) training services for the ETDP SETA.** The service provider will deliver OHS training for 22 ETDP SETA OHS officials and union representatives (per SAQA unit standard 244288), plus online training for 150 staff. The engagement covers a five-day in-person program in Johannesburg/Pretoria, with catering and venue provided, plus online components. Vendors must show at least five years’ OHS consulting/training experience, hold SAQA 244288 accreditation, and be registered with relevant professional bodies (SAIOSH and/or IOSH). #### Requirements
- Proven experience in OHS training per SAQA 244288; minimum five years’ experience; provide references and facilitator CV with qualifications (NQF 5+ in safety/environment/construction/occupational health).
- Accreditation/registration with OHS professional bodies (SAIOSH and/or IOSH) and proof of accreditation to deliver SAQA 244288 training.
- Project plan and deliverables, course outlines with durations, and proof of capacity to deliver both in-person (22 attendees) and online (150 staff); evidence of risk assessment capability.
- Mandatory documents: complete SBDs, GCC, SARS PIN verification, valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, CSD registration; no disqualification for non-compliance.
- Operational requirements: training in Johannesburg/Pretoria area, five-day duration, provision of venue, catering, certificates, and referees; evidence of track record and quality standards.
