**Procurement of Testing, Repair and Commissioning of Transformer at Cavendish A Unit and Georgedale Substation.** This is an NEC3 TERM SERVICE CONTRACT tender by Transnet Rail Infrastructure Manager (CRAC DNR 58039). #### Requirements

- Compulsory clarification meeting attendance and signed T2.2-01 certificate.
- Functionality min 70 points; overall evaluation: Functionality, Price (80 points) and Specific Goals (20 points).
- Returnable documents: T2.2-02 to T2.2-05 (Project Plan, Previous Experience, Method Statement, Environmental Measures), plus T2.2-10 (Compulsory Questionnaire) and SBDs; B-BBEE evidence; CIDB/ CSD/ Tax clearance; Workmen’s Comp/INS.
- Proof of capability: previous similar work (refurbishment of 3 kV DC traction transformer) with certificates; project plan with lead times; environmental measures; health and safety considerations.
- Other: compliance with confidentiality, anti-corruption and relevant statutory requirements; 25% subcontracting rules apply to B-BBEE, etc.
